When you want to revisit your activity on X, scrolling back through pages can be cumbersome. X Account Risk Monitor organizes actions it observes in your current Chrome profile into a local log. You can review saved entries by month or across your recorded history, without connecting your X account or providing an API key.
Keep a record you can review and control
While observation is on, the extension can save visible posts, replies, follows, unfollows, likes, reposts and confirmed deletions of your own posts from X pages open in this Chrome profile. It shows the most recent saved time for each action type, so you can see where to start when reviewing a period of activity.
The activity log stays in your Chrome profile; it is not sent to a developer-operated backend. You can pause observation, export a PDF report or JSON backup, or clear local records. This record begins after installation and covers actions observed on open X pages in this profile. Mobile app activity and other browsers are outside that view, and changes to X pages can cause an action to be missed. Check the saved times when you need to understand the record's coverage.
Read follow counts alongside account details
Follow action counts show how often an action was saved; the number of identifiable accounts followed shows how many distinct accounts can be distinguished. Ten saved follow actions do not necessarily mean ten different accounts. Showing the two numbers separately makes patterns easier to review without treating repeated actions as new people. An account may remain unidentified if the page did not provide enough information.
The same care applies to deletions. The extension saves a deletion of your own post when it observes X's success confirmation. That way, a post merely disappearing from the page is not counted as a confirmed deletion.
Use the log to piece together your activity
To review a period, start with the saved times for the action types you care about, then open the individual entries. A PDF report or JSON backup lets you keep a copy of the observations and their coverage notes for your own reference.
If X shows an account notice, the log may help you recall which actions were saved in this browser and when. Read it alongside the notice and any other information you have. X alone knows its internal assessment, so the log cannot identify what caused an account restriction; an empty period means no action was saved, not that no action occurred.
- Which actions were saved during this period?
- When was each action type last saved?
- Is there activity from other devices or browsers to consider?
